Hi everyone, As a family we wondered if there are any sporting stadiums / venues that we could go and watch US sports events in Orlando area eg Baseball, Basketball, American Football, Ice Hockey etc. We will be there in October. Thought it might be nice to see a stadium and event if possible.

Any help appreciated.

Thanks, Stuart

Went to see a Baseball Game at Disney Wide World of Sport and had a great evening, only noticed it was on as we were passing after being at the parks.

Still don't understand the rules now.

If you can try and drive up to Jacksonville to see the Jacksonville Jaguars - visit www.jaguars.com and check out the schedule to see if they are at home while you are there. We went at Christmas and it was awesome. It only took a couple of hours and is really easy to find. We bought tickets on Ticketmaster and you just turn up there and go to a window to collect them - easy! We went up for a day time game and wished we'd taken an overnight bag as Daytona Beach is on the way and wished we had just stopped there overnight on the way back to see something else while we were there too. The game goes on for a good few hours so if you have kids it would probably be sensible to do a day game rather than an evening.

We also did an Orlando Magic game but it just didn't compare. The stadium in Jacksonville is amazing and the atmosphere like nothing any of us had ever experienced. There was no tension at all, very easy going and we are now fans of the Jags!
