I seem to be scanning the internet for villas yet nothing seems to be ticking all the boxes...

We're going for 3 weeks and have a villa booked at Indian Ridge for the first two. Our dates are fixed. 8-15 October.

The villa mustn't be overlooked at the rear at all. The amount of villas that state "not overlooked" and they are but then again, we don't want a fence all the way around and be really enclosed and boxed in. A conservation view with fences either side is what we're after.

As close to Disney as possible. No more than a 15 min drive as we go back and forward to parks alot.

Obviously a pool, south facing if possible.

Hot tub

If anyone can assist, please let me know - I'd be most grateful. thank you.

Hi Bridget,

Owners aren't allowed to reply to you via the forums, indeed if you receive any replies this way the best advice is to forward them to the site administrator. This is to ensure that you are only contacted by owners who are verified by the site's owners.

The best thing to do is to send an enquiry to the rental sites listed above. If you put in the comments exactly what you have put in your post you should only receive replies from villas that are both available and which have the facilities, views and outlook that you are looking for.

Hi Bridget,

Villa owners are not allowed to contact you directly about availability. Why not make an enquiry on the following sites and in the comments box put your exact requirements. That way owners who tick the right boxes for you will contact you if they have availability.

Look at all the villa on thesesites and as you have read they are all verified so you gat the villa direct from the owner .

Hi Bridget
As you mention you have booked for the first 2 weeks already it may be worth mentioning in your enquiry if you do or do not want a specific area, whether you want to be close to where you have already booked so you dont have far to move or whether you want to try completely different area.
I am guessing the place you have booked doesn't have availability for the 3rd week but may be wrong?
