Has anyone had any experience of hiring one of these???? How much are they???? How do you book them????

you book directly with the park, my bil booked one for last yrs trip i can ask him about cost but don't think it was too expensive

his opinion was that along with the valet parking it was well worth the extra as they had a new baby and wanted a shaded area

If its anything like the private cabanas at Aquatica the cost is $150 for 4 guests and an additional $30 per person to a maximum of 7 people. You can book them online for Aquatica but I cannot find any information about them on the discovery cove website and to be honest I didnt notice that they had them there when we visited.

When we went to DC last year (we are going this year as well), there was plenty of shaded areas without having to pay the extra. We even had umbrellas to keep us cool, plenty of space.
