Hi all,

I'm after some information on Oak Island Cove.

Has anyone stayed there?
Does anyone know how close the nearest Chilli's is (I'm hooked on Bonless Buffalo Wings

)

Does anyone know where the nearest Super Target is (Same as Chilli's)

Finally any other key snippets will be greatly appreciated!

Oask Island cove is the development next to Emerald Island so I have never stayed there but no where it is

There is a super target in the process of being built not sure if it will be finished & open within 36 days someone else might know for sure

so until that time super target is on the 192 going east Oask Island is near to markers 4 & 5 on the 192 west and I am guessing (the marker) that Super Target is East approximately at marker 11/12. It is just before you get to a Walmart which is around marker 12/13.

Never been to chillis so I carnt help with that 1 sorry

Ther is a Chillis on the hwy 192 so it is not far and it is next to Macaroni Grill just pass Old Town Kissimmee .
We like it as well also longhorn opposite is good .

Lesley, The Chilis on the 27 is at Cagan Crossing and the Super Target is towards Haines City, just after the I4 junction.

There's another Chillis at Champions Gate, not exactly sure of the location of Oak Island to know which one would be closer.

The Super Target at Posner Park is apparently open now along with some other stores (Belk being one). I'm hoping they'll have finished Michaels if I go a bit later in the year.

Hi Nicola, our home is on oak island cove, the estate is three quarters of a mile from highway 192 and the many shops and restaurants,Cagans Crossing is the closest to you for Chilli's.
The estate like many other is lovely, we fly out May 6th so are on a countdown as well, if you want any more information on the estate please let me know I wil be happy to help you in any way.

Hello Nicola

I too have a home on Oak Island Cove. It is really convenient for all areas of Orlando and especially good to visit Disney early in the day, nip home for a swim and a snack and then return for the evening parades/fireworks, etc.

I will be there from 30th April - maybe see you there again, Eric!!

Shortcut to Disney is via Sherberth Road (192 East, then left onto Sherberth). Brings you right to Animal Kingdom, so really handy for that park.

Dairy Queen on Formosa shopping area does great (but naughty!) snacks and shakes.

The new Target will sadly not be open until later in the year. As others have said, the one at Posner Park (Highway 27) is open, or there is the nice store along 192 East, just past Vineland Road. Nearest WalMart is on Highway 27. Nearest Publix for groceries is about 2 miles away on 192 West.

I could keep listing things - let me know if you have a particular interest in something and I (and I am sure many others) will try to help.
