I need to rent a handicapped accessible villa NOT NEAR DISNEY. I am looking for something in the Winter Park, Union Park, Azalea Park areas north and/or east of Orlando. All I can find are listings way south of where I need to be. Can someone point me in the right direction? Who do I contact to find accommodations NOT NEAR DISNEY?
Thank you so much for whatever help you can give.

The reason why there are no homes advertised for those areas is that they do not give Short term rental licences for places like Winter Park etc. People there are only able to rent for periods of 6 months.

What I do know is that there are handicapped accessible homes on here, in beautiful countryside, with easy access to places like Winter Park as the I4 is handy for them.

I am sorry I cannot be more help.

Hi,

There are plenty of handcapped villas available, and the great roads mean that you can get around very easily and quickly. Perhaps you should make a shortlist of "must haves", and then when you have a selection, you can whittle them down by location. I'm sure you'll find something to meet your needs.
