Hi guys,
just a question about strollers.
We are taking our own stroller and wondered if there was anywhere that you can securely leave it if we don't want to use it all day because daughter likes to walk quite a lot. It would save us pushing an empty stroller around and finding somewhere to leave when we go on a ride, etc.
Don't know if the lockers are big enough or if there are any extra large ones
Thanks for your help guys.

Andy

Hi Andy outside every ride there is a stroller park. We have left things in and gone on the rides and have never had anything touched. As for not wanting to push an empty stroller, it wont be empty for long and if you take lunch it is a lot better pushing a stroller than carrying heavy bags. My big sister misses having a stroller to push round the park as her girls are too old for one now.

Everbody just leaves the strollers outside the rides; we have never had any problem but obviously we don't leave any valuables in them

When ours were little, we bought a very cheap basic stroller from Wal Mart or Toys r us. It was brilliant as we could fit it in a locker or more usually we just pushed it around with the cool bag in. If we went on a ride where you would end up somewhere else, we just folded it and took it with us. At home it was then kept in the car for those days when they were too tired to walk

Hi,
The trouble with leaving your stroller in the locker area is that these are usually located at the entrance to the parks and if you were over the other side of a park and needed it you would have a long way to walk with a tired child. We always just push them round with us park up when needed, never had any problems with anything being taken or the stoller going missing. Perhaps a tip would be to have your name displayed on it, all strollers rented in the parks display the renters name.
Enjoy
Regards
Val

A variation of the good tip above is, if you are picking up a fairly generic umbrella stroller from Wal-Mart or Toys-R-Us is to put something on the handle to make it instantly identifiable as yours - eg a bobble or something similar. With the basic ones it is not uncommon to find a couple the same parked at some of the rides.

In Disney we found there to be areas where Strollers are left. These are normally outside the exit to most of the rides.

I agree, you can pretty much park your buggy/stroller anywhere and leave it for a while and go back for it.

We went to playhouse disney on stage in MGM in September and the stroller was outside with about another few hundred for about an hour.

We always have tartan ribbon on the handle so we could spot it easy. I wouldnt worry about anyone taking it. Everyone is usually too busy worrying about their own stuff. Definately too expensive to hire one everyday. ALso the park ones have a tendancy to tip over if you lean too heavy on the back.
