I no its reasonably new but does anybody have any reviews on The Bellavida resort near Medival times. Ive tried loads of websites but none seem to have any reviews on there. Would much apprciate any reviews (sorry about spelling). Im flying out on Boxing day

Bella Vida is ,as you say, very new (generally, building only started in the last year or so). The lack of reviews is probably down to the fact that new owners there have just started renting out their properties and not yet developed a "track record".

We have watched the gradual building process over the past couple of years as we go past it several times a day when we are there (we have a property at Lake Berkley which is just around the corner from Bella Vida and was built by the same builders). The entrance gate is impressive and looks very grand and although we have not ventured in I have seen layout maps. Like our own community, there is a mixture of privately owned 3(?)or 4 to 7 bedroom pool homes and 3 and 4 bedroom townhouses.

Hope this is of some help. Did you have any specific questions as I might be able to help from experience of our own resort which is on very similar lines?

About ten minutes drive to Disney...around fifteen minutes to Seaworld and twenty(ish) to Universal Studios. (All times are subject to traffic conditions and eventually you often find slightly quieter roads to get to the parks).
