I want to book an 8 Seater SUV with Budget but am not sure what I will be offered. Will I get a Ford Expedition as it seems big enough to cater for 6 of us with luggage each and some hold alls. Does anyone know if it is possible to get this type SUV or very similar from Dollar. I know they offer a Dodge Durango (7 seater)but I think it's not as spacious especially with 6 seats in use. Don't want to use 8 seater minivan if at all possible.
Also wondering what time to give for my Pick-Up. Flying Continental from Dublin via Newark, arriving in Orlando MCO at 6.00pm on a Sunday Evening, July 20th. How long should I allow from Arrival at Terminal A(I think) to Pick-Up. Trying to finalise my car hire booking so please help. Thank You.

If you put in a collection time of, say, 6.30 pm hopefully you won't be too far out. It doesn't matter if you arrive later than your pick up time.

But bear in mind your car return time will need to be the same as your pick up time or you could pay extra.

So, if your return to the airport time is 6.30 pm or before, you should be fine.

Thanks Blott. I would have thought it would have taken more than a half hour from the time we arrive and collect baggage and then proceed to rental car desk, but as you say it won't make a difference if we are later. Our drop off time will be morning but good to know the story. By any chance are you familiar with SUV types and space for luggage when all six seats would be in use ? Thanking you.
