i beg to differ there maureen the weather in may can burn depending on the person, even with a high factor sunscreen which i applied every few hours i had some sunburn in march when the temp was much cooler than the average temperatures that are shown for may

with a 3yr old child, the highest factor sunscreen (waterproof if going in the pool) and a hat is a must, it's always better to be safe than sorry

Yes you can definately get sunburned in May it gets pretty hot! Having said that it's our favourite time of the year to go the weather is perfect especially if it's early May (not too much rain then)

Best place to get park tickets on the web is from the Orlandovillas park tickets service http://www.park-tickets.com/

I'd say that Magic Kingdom would be good for a three year old Florida 'newbie' as well as Seaworld.

If your 3 year old loves Shrek and Scooby Doo then Universal Studios is a must.

Both the above snaps were taken at Universal and the characters are available at certain times - all of which are well advertised as you go around the park. Donkey is also brilliant for a bit of inter-action. It's really clever how he has a chat with you as though he is real and each meeting with him is unique.
