We arrived on Thursday early morning and thought we would spend the first few days doing jobs in the villa before ringing for our tickets to be delivered. We have never been to the parks before so this was our first time using this service (this site of course). Anyway we decided to give them a call on Monday morning. At about 8.45 on the Monday our phone rang and a guy called Doug said he was in the area and did we want our tickets to be delivered today. I would have rung them within the hour. We said we did and he arrived within half an hour. Very pleasant guy and gave us loads of information and tips about the parks. Can highly recommend using this site so very easy.

Talking of feedback... when we were over last month we had a lovely gentleman named George deliver our tickets (bang on time

) he was so sweet and helpful, as well as our tickets he gave us leaflets/park maps on all the parks with opening times etc and told us all about the shuttle launch and which way to look so we could see it from the parks.

One question what is considered a suitable amount to tip them when they deliver? - don't want to be thought a 'meanie'

We have guests next Easter who have already booked park tickets through here and were thrilled with the service they received - thought it very helpful and professional.
