We have just booked the flights for our February break (over half term and the following week) and got a great price with BA.

Including tax's etc:

Adults £599 each way for club class.

Kids £468 each way on Club class.

That means that the 5 of us (3 adults fares and 2 child fares)came in about £5k which was much cheeper than Virgin PE and the child fares were about the same price as PE on First Choice. As BA lost my luggage on an internal flight earlier in the year (took a week to find it) they had sent me a £300 voucher when I complained so the flights cost me even less.

Had a look at first class prices just out of interest £32,000and you have to fly to miami - you would have to be seriously rich to do that.

More than I wanted to spend on the flights but just seemed to good a deal to miss especialy over the school holidays.

Only one small challenge, we are flying out on the Friday but only staying 13 nights and flying back over night on the Thursday. If we flew back on the Friday as well it was going to be an extra £8k for the 5 of us.

So excited, I have flown club on business but my wife and kids never have, going to keep it as a surprise Hope that they don't get used to it, not sure I can afford it again

Now the fun bit, booking the villa.
