Villa is single story. Approx 1800 sq ft. Has two master suites (one with direct access to the pool area), separate utility room, very spacious living room, vaulted ceilings, gas heated swimming pool, two car garage etc

This villa had 320 days booked in 2007. There are currently over 220 days booked for 2008 so far this year!
