Hi everyone

I am trying to help out a friend and neighbour who unfortunately cannot get back into USA for at least 5 years, hence the decision to sell his beautiful house.

It is a 2 storey, 5 bed, 4.5 bath, private pool and spa and overlooks a conservation area. It has many upgrades and has never been rented out. It was finished in Feb. 2005 and is a bargain. The price is $350,000 unfurnished. It is over 3,500 sq.ft.
