If I ask Mr CDV for input he'll say I'll do whatever you want to do and if there is anything I strongly don't want to do I shall tell you! So I plan away with feverish passion!

We do our own packing but I always slip a few things into his case when I get the chance! If we're travelling from different countries to the house we do our own travel arrangements.

Both share otherwise my golf clubs would get left behind. Also a travel golf bag gives you plenty of room without needing two suitcases.

It's mainly left to me (son of the house), with some help from my mum.

I am responsible for the planning, making sure everything is booked / paid for on time, the washing, ironing and packing for the whole house. Hubby says his job is making the money to go and driving whilst there, lol.

I do the planning, but having 3 teenage girls they do their own packing. Geoff packs his own clothes but I do the general packing (all the odds and sods like toiletries etc).

Geoff pays for it all

I am the organiser in our house. We would never get away if I left it to my husband.

I organise everything, my he does his own packing. and the kids do, although /i do have a rumage through to make sure that certain things have not got slipped in that shouldn't be.

Although I rely on hubby at last minute to ask, do you have that, that, that and don't forget that. One year I forgot to bring the house keys.

I always "Plan" to go to Florida, I always "Plan" the packing. The wallet "these days pays for it", and then he "Plans" how to make it all MORE difficult than it needs to be Bless!

I do everything the flights, car hire and park tickets. I constantly remind Bruce the date we fly
The one thing he does the night before we travel is bring the luggage down the stairs

Then on the way to the airport he bombards me with questions have Iremembered this and that which I find quite annoying, but Bruce has his uses he works non-stop when we arrive getting our homes back in tip top order. I guess its swings and roundabouts

I choose when and where we are going, DH just pays!

I book car hire, car parking etc on his CC

If we are going to florida there is very little to do in the way of packing as we keep most of our stuff there.

If we are holidaying somewhere other than Florida, I do the majority of the packing although I insist he gets his own clothes out for me to pack Though even this seems to involve lengthy discussions with me about what to take

The only thing for which I absolve myself of responsibility is the packing of the golf clubs when we are travelling to a non Florida location

If however it is a business trip he does all his own packing so I don't think he is completely helpless
