Sadly we have decided to sell our lovely villa. It is a 4 bed, 3 bath on Tuscan Ridge - very spacious and with lovely conservation views. Price is $335,000. Please ask if you would like more info.

Thank you all for your good wishes. We have loved the house and the location is just perfect. I expect/hope we will get to stay there again before it goes as I realise the market is quite slow for selling at the moment - after 3 years it is just the right decision for us unfortunately.

After reading comments on this and other threads about lack of general information on 'for sale' properties I have added some facts about our villa:
