OLDE FASHIONED 4TH OF JULY CELEBRATION, with wagon rides, hot dog eating contest, and music: 9 a.m. Wednesday; Central Park Stage, Park Avenue, Winter Park; free; 407-599-3463.

4TH OF JULY CELEBRATION, with wife carrying race, baby pageant, and music by Kenyon Lockry and others: 10a.m. Wednesday; St. Cloud Lakefront, Lakeshore Blvd., St. Cloud; free; 407-892-3671.

KISSIMMEE JULY FOURTH CELEBRATION, Eddie Money is featured in a concert as Kissimmee presents its July Fourth Celebration from 5 to 9:30 p.m. Wednesday at Lakefront Park.

Opening for Money will be Hotel California, a band that performs a tribute to the Eagles. Fireworks will take place over Lake Tohopekaliga right after the concert.

Children can enjoy free snow cones, slides and an interactive play area. There will be a beer garden, and vendors will sell food and beverages. There are grills on the grounds that may be used, and patrons may bring coolers.

Lawn chairs and blankets are welcome, or a $5 wristband for for bleacher seating is available. A free shuttle bus service from the Albertson's at Town Corral Plaza will be offered from 4:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

No liquor, personal fireworks or pets will be allowed.at the event. Details: 407-933-8368.
