Last time we went to disney, we were given the opportunity to upgrade our one day ticket (bought at Epcot) to a second day any any other Park at less than half price. Does anyone know if they still do offers like this? Two days at Disney would be the absolute maimum that we would plan to do (with no hopping).

They have never offered a half price deal, the deal was around 10% off the second day. You can get a two day ticket which works out slightly cheaper than two single day tickets.
