We are going in june to disney parks

can I just drop off passengers but not go in myself
and then collect later
or maybe meet them at downtown
Is there a bus service from all the parks to downtown

Yes you can just drop off and collect later - just tell the person on the car park booth that you are just dropping off and they will tell you which way to go.

There is a boat that goes from MGM and Epcot to Downtown Disney - I'm not sure about buses but I'm sure someone else will be able to tell you.

When we did this, we were directed to the single lane on the far right. So you may want to go towards that side of the booths when you arrive.

We have dropped off and collected at Disney with no problems, just tell the attendant at the booth when you pull up.

We have dropped off and collected passengers many times. We would also advise you to keep right as you approach the booths.
