After much heart searching, we are selling our American dream.

Our home is on Glenbrook Resort, highway 27.It is a four bedroom, 3 bathroom, executive villa with private pool and spa, with a double garage. The villa is 18 months old and has a family room and a formal lounge with dining area.The kitchen overlooks the family room and pool.
we are looking for $329,000 for a quick sale. this comes with all bookings still attached if required.Currently 13 weeks, and a UK website.

It is a hard and massive decision to make - it was for us a few months ago. However if you know selling is the best direction for you, once you have taken the plunge, and especially once the sale is complete, it really is less painful than you imagine. Now that was pure coincidence about the posting being one year to the day, spookey!

No unfortunately, I haven't won the lottery, I am fortunate enough to have had a very good year for bookings (mostly repeat) so the urgency passed.
