Some July 4th pictures taken in Celebration

Youngest daughter munches on a hotdog

Eldest daughter has no qualms about changing her nationality for the evening

Unfortunately I am back now, only a weeks trip this time.
Couldn't post any during the holiday because of a funny phone system that wanted $6 for me to register with it...

Had a fantastic time thanks, only had a week but a week that wasn't originally planned so a very welcome break.

Did bits and pieces of Disney but the heat and humidity was pretty fierce so it was in the park early, out by about 11am/midday then back to the pool. Early evening maybe back to a park for a couple of hours, shopping then food.

Highlight was definitely Celebration for July 4th, awesome just awesome..

If we do this time of year again I think we'll just skip the parks and laze in the villa during the day.
The evenings can then be filled with shopping, eating and maybe wandering about great places like Celebration or Disneys Boardwalk.

If I find more pictures worth posting I'll post them when I get a chance. Might also get the wife to draft up a trip report and I'll add and maybe post...we'll see!!!

I have to admit that we do prefer the winter months having tried various times of the year.
In the winter months it's still warm most of the time with less rainfall than the topical summer months.

We also get more done when the humidity isn't a factor therefore get more out of the holiday. And of course early December through early January you get the added bonus of Christmas events and decorations which makes Florida even more magical
