The one at the top believe it or not was their version of Key lime pie, it was to die for, I really struggled to try and finish it but it beat me in the end !

This could be a great idea for a new sticky (I always like that word when associated with cakes )
See who can get a pic of the best dessert - and let's face it nobody does them like our American cousins.
Here are my candidates from a cafe in Celebration.

Well the Aussies favourite dessert is a Pavlova ~ which is traditionally had on Xmas Day, as its too hot for a Pud!
