For any previous visitor to the Dr Seuss area of islands of adventure, many, myself inclduded have wondered about the monorail on pillars around this area, you can wonder no more, as this ride has finally opened, 7 years after it was first built. This was announced yesterday.

Could anyone going soon do a little write up and some piccies?

We went past it a few weeks ago when they were still finishing it. Must admit they were paying alot of attention to detail with the finishing touches and lots of it was hand painted.

We were there just over two weeks ago and they had the trains running with test loads; looked just the thing young children will love.

It was built wrong all those years ago..there was no station for the kids to get off..just a 15 ft drop..the builders were sued..

Wow!! I knew it had been a while , but 7 years!! Mind when we went to IOA this year, we did notice it STILL wasn't open and we hadn't been for a few years!!! Will definately give it a go in October!

My 5 year old son and I rode this twice in August. He loved it. There are 2 different tracks and as luck would have it we managed to have a go on both.

Great for kids.
