Hi

Can anyone help? I understand that there is fishing at Lake Davenport. Could someone tell me if that is only for residents of Davenport Lakes or can other's from other communities use the lake too.

Hi SPG,

As far as I know its only for residents. We have a villa there and the communal facilites including the pool, BBQ areas, boat slip and dock are all locked. Residents have a key.

There are quite a few communities bordering Lake Davenport but the access areas are usually residents only. On Esprit community the HOA have just gated and locked the access area to our fishing ramp and you need a residents key to gain access.
