Will give Ponderosa's a miss with the recent comments.

If your down at Longboat Key Sarasota, try Hemmingways just of St Armands Circle. Very Nice, Great Key Lime Pie Yum Yum

Longhorns was our best to date,

our worst was wendys,
food was terrible, everything was mixed up, lacking in cleanliness, mind you i think it was lacking in most things!!! it was shutting after a further 3 days for refurbishment, will maybe look into it when we next go back

Sounds like the Ponderosa is now a big one to avoid. We used to go there when we first visited Orlando but must admit haven't been for a while.

Best was Chillis
Worst was The Outback, I had to send chicken back as it wasn't cooked right through and the dessert was served on greasy black plates.

not fussed on the Golden Corral either, ver greasy spoon canteen sort of place.

Been to Ponderossa for breakfast, it was ok, it was the one opposite Old Town

Best -Ville de at Gaylords; Hue in Central Orlando and Max's at Celebration.
Worst - Well my hubby once had one of those Turkey legs just inside entrance to IOA and had food poisoning for days after, but other than that, we have had some odd meals -ie Crackerbarrel on Fish Friday -"no chips left, but we can do you some potatoes" :D :D:D
The queue of white legs outside the Ponderosa has thankfully always put me off
For reliability -the Outback
For something different in a good way, Seasons 52 on Sandlake, or Christini's

Best Ville de Flora, Carabbas, Chevy's and Outback.

Worst definitely the Ponderosa - yukky food and a disgusting way of clearing tables!

Best: PONDEROSA. OK Im only joking but I have allways quite liked the place. Great for the kids and cheap too ! Probably Antonios in Celebration, Longhorn and HOOTERS.

Worst: Romano's Macaroni Grill. Quite possibly the worst meal of my life in here. Took ages....Dad complained....waited...Dad complained again!....meals arrived....Mums didnt....when it did it was cold....Dad refused to pay and quite amusingly said he was gonna call the police!....waitress came back and said "have a nice day"....we gave her a good tip and left !!

Enjoy: Boston Lobster feast, Tu Tu Tango, Villa de Flora (not as good as it should be some times), Cheesecake Factory, Pacinos

Best ever = Anaelle and Hugo

Worst = Cracker Barrel, TGI Fridays

Like = Olive Garden but is always far too cold inside so I get uncomfortable. They do a wonderful red Lambrusco which you cannot find in many places now.

Cheesecake Factory = I don't like it. I Hate plates which are overloaded, puts me right off. Will not go there again but know it's popular.

Pat

Likes: Texas de Brasil, Olive Garden, Paccinos, Villa de Flora, Magic Mining, Boston style restaurant in Celebration.

Dislikes: Ponderosa, Ponderosa, & Ponderosa

Regarding Black Angus, we've had some great meals in there and some horrible meals in there - so I think it depends on what day you visit!
