We have just received disappointing news that the sale of our beautiful Villa is likely to fall through for the second time.

On both occasions this has been due to the serious ill-health of the purchasers.
We have placed the property back on the market, if anyone is interested please DM me for information.

Thanks for your comments.

We don't really want to sell it as we love the Villa and it rents well thanks to repeat customers, but we need the money to finance another project.

I don't mean to be rude, but why don't you just list the sales price in this thread rather than keep direct mailing everyone.

I can see no reason what-so-ever for not publicising the price, after-all thats what realtor's do all day long, it will be listed on the MLS database on the internet etc anyway.
