| Day 7 The Boy`s were desperated to play mini golf (I hate it) I suggested they go on their own as I usually have to wander around trying to ammuse my self, they agreed (What a great plan by me) Off they went and I had a lovely morning washing, tidying up and just pottering about had a very nice and peaceful swim. Usually have to avoid flying beach-balls and bodies all trying to outdo each other with daring and athletic feats of swimming expertise. Why do Boy`s and Men have to turn everything into a cut-throat win at all costs competition ? Then out of the pool into a warm bubble bath with a glass of wine. Keith Will and Jack returned after about 3 hours after having called into Winn Dixie for more essentials Pecan Pie, Burgers and Nacho`s. Cooked said Burgers on barbie few more glasses of wine all fell asleep on the very comfy couches woke up and decided we just had time for a little night-time swim and off to bed. Day 8 Went to Old Town today with the idea of going on the sling shot but Keith and I still feeling the affects of the wine from the night before decided to give it a miss, so handed over some $$ to the boys sat on a bench wlith a root-beer float from A&W while they spent a few hours on the rides and arcades, more tokens more rubbish gifts redeemed with said tokens. Called in at a Time-share place on the way home, had the tour, told the girl right at the start that we would`nt be making a decision there and then, 2 1/2 hours later finally got out after being plied with all sorts of amazing deals that had never been on offer before (How lucky that we just decided to call in on the very day these great offers had been released ) Decided to give a resturaunt we had`nt used before a go It was called Houlihans and it`s on the 192 just up from Lindfields what a great find lovely surrounding great food and service and cost about $70 for the 4 of us I would highly reccommed a visit, you can also order everything on their menu and get it to go which we did another night because we were to lazy to go out, and the Ladies toilets were to die for very designer even had a flat screen TV in there so you did`nt miss a bit of the weather report which is on all the time. Which reminds me I feel I must mention that we feel so very sad for all the people suffering from the effects of Katrina the coverage was fairly continual and our hearts go out to all the victims. Days 9 and 10 IOA and Universal Great parks both of them Got unbelievably soaked on Bluto`s & Popeye`s Bilge-rat Barges what fun though dried off then got soaked again when there was a massive storm with rain-drops as big as tennis ball (I may have used poetic licence there)Very hot day though got back to the car still damp had to have air-con on as it was so hot bad mistake I started to get a head-ache and by the time we back to the villa it had developed into a migraine had to go to bed and left the men-folf to look after themselves. Fear Factor live at Universal was a good show with members of the audience who had previously applied (on the day) to take part in the show taking part in controlled stunts some quite gross (I won`t go into details but it involved a cocktail!!. Third and final part to follow shortly. | kym | | Report this post to a moderator |

| Sounds wonderful. How did you enjoy staying at the Lindfields area? I have booked a villa there and am really looking forward to going. I liked the idea that it is mixed with residential/holiday homes and no onsite facilities | | Report this post to a moderator | goto top of page |

We have stayed twice in Lindfields and loved it there.
Very peaceful and very close to everything.
Would be very happy to go there again but thought we would try somewhere else this time
We had a large gator in the lake behind the villa and we enjoyed looking out for him when we were by the pool, he came up unto the bank once and we were shocked how big he was.
