Sounds a bit corny, but I always try to give my best in all I do, so I suppose it kind of sums up my aspirations!

Hi, we decided on calling our villa Marthas Harbour after our youngest daughter and thought it had a good ring to it. Unfortunately, our other two daughters now want villas named after them so we have our work cut out!!
Also know that there is a lovely area in the States called Marthas Vineyard so thought that it may stick in peoples minds and help our marketing.
There is also a song from back in the 80s called Marthas Harbour by a band called All About Eve which some people may remember, it would be good at this point to finish the storey by saying that I was in the band but alas not just a fan of the song!!

I was so excited that we had bought our villa when I first came on here I never thought about the fact that my name would soon become so outdated. I am no longer really a new home buyer as we bought in Sept 2003 and closed in March 2004. My home is still new though

All down to hubby - he likes Wallace and Gromit!!! I had never used a forum when he signed us up to this one so to begin with the postings were mainly from him - quite the opposite now!!! It has just kind of stuck and I sometimes call him Gromit at home!!!

All I am saying is "it is all Lee's fault". He got the name many moons ago when he was a graduate in Ford of Europes Computer centre and we have used it on other sites so is easy to remember.

I am what I am... a walking talking calamity, so the name is ideal for me, if something is to go wrong it will be because of me.

Well I think mine is obvious, as a child I was always a fan of Winnie The Pooh and the 1st time I went to Disney Land Paris, we saw Tigger waiting for us at the entrance, he gave me a big, big hug and that was the start of the love affair.....

When I first met my husband his son was 18 months old & he couldn't say Andrea so he called me Andie. Now he is 14 and he calls me Mum (I'm sure he calls me some other things, but not when I can hear Him!) Everyone else still calls me Andie - even my Dad.
