These are for anyone who is thinking of taking the tower ride in SeaWorld.......

View from the bottom of the Tower

Going up!!

Superb Views of SeaWorld and Orlando

Kraken - What a ride!

Shamu Stadium from the air

Journey to Atlantis from the air

View of the lake below, showing all the fountain layouts!

Well worth a trip!

Annual Pass members ride for FREE
I think the cost for other people is $3 each.

More great pictures, MD. The first tower picture especially. BTW, where were you perched for the 'aerial' photographs? I thought that the tower was now closed to the public?

Love those photo's from top of the tower,
what fantastic views.

According to the Sea World website its still closed untill further notice, but as we can see thats far from the case.

Its been closed on both my visits so maybe its just pot luck when its open.

John.

Well its open at the minute!! I can assure you all!

We had 3 visits to the park while we were there and all 3 times it was open!

This is our Twins looking down from the tower over Seaworld!!

I must admit, we did say the same when we saw it working!
There is no sign of any building work going on or alterations.
All looks very newly done though!

The one of Kraken, if you look, you can actually see the shadow of the Sky Tower!

Andy,
excellent photos. The tower wasn't open on our visit last march. The park is one of our favourites; well worth a visit.
A few "performing" shots below from last march,
andrew

We like Sea world and try and get there every time when are in Florida. It is not like the Disney parks as you can normally see everything in an afternoon. Atlantis and Kraken are two very good rides and almost every time we have been the queues are no more than 5 mins long.

Fuji Finepix S3000

Tinkered about with the manual controls on some photo's, impressed with it for what it cost.

The 'airborne Shamu' pics are fantastic. In the second one, you can even see the water dripping off the whale. Spot on!
