If you mean the Polynesian Luau Dinner Show at Disney's Polynesian Resort, I would certainly say it is worth a visit. It is one of the few Dinner Shows where the food is actually good. The setting and decor are in good taste and the performance excellent. We saw it on our 2000 visit and went again last year, but unfortunately there was an interruption (see below)

One drawback though, is that it is an outdoor stage setting, and the main show will get cancelled if it rains - as it happened last year to us. But you'll be still served your meal and get a 50% refund afterwards.
