For $1 you can get on a little steam engine and travel The Gatorland Express Railroad -goes about every 20 mins.

Takes you around the park and one of the trainers (you will have no doubt seen him wrestling at the show earlier!) talks about the alligators and crocs - educational and the kids loved it but not sure if worth the dollar personally - but you could ride as many times as you want for that.

Take the train at 1.45. It stopped to show us the 2pm crocodile feeding. It stops arpund the back of their enclosure. You get a perfect view, much better than from the front where the ordinary spectators were. You also get a good view of the man with the gun trained on the crocs during this attraction who is stationed around the back. You can get on the train for free using one of the vouchers which are in most of the voucher books around Orlando.

We were forced to give gatorland a miss and sell the tickets this Spring because of time constraints. I am sure all of us would have enjoyed the park - and the train ride.

Just watch your head as you get out, train is very low and you can get a nasty bang on the head.

Looking forward to see the gators again we stayed in a villa last year on a lake side two gators came to us stayed almost 2weeks be told we were privage of haveing gators staying that long and basking on the embankment called them katy and kippy after our to cats hope we will see them this year. If you dont bother with them they wont bother with you. Great pictures.
