These are pictures we took in December 2003 on a sunset cruise at Lake Dora, and there is one of the arcade that is full of antique shops and little nick-nacks.

Thanks for posting these photos Fiona, it looks a lovely place - we are intending to make Mount Dora our first "proper" drive barring the journey from the airport. Is it a fairly easy run from Kissimmee?

Very easy, about 35 mins from our end of the 192 (Splendid China) - we went along the 27 which made an interesting journey and up via Howey in the Hills as Chris is very keen on the golf course up there and we usually stop off and have lunch at the clubhouse. We have learnt when travelling that stopping for food at the golf courses is usually the most reliable means of reasonable food!!

Here is Chris & I at the Mission Inn Clubhouse last year - you can see how attractive the golf course looks.
