Dreamliner from Bristol Airport to Florida

Bristol Airport announce that Thomson and First Choice will be using the Dreamliner - currently on the runway; 20th April - for Florida and Caribbean holidays.

Several years ago Continental operated a daily service which I know was full almost every day but they pulled out due to 'lack of demand' - will be interesting see how long Thomson's arrangement last.

New Hilton hotel being built at the airport which I am sure will be welcomed by those travelling from Cornwall etc.

That would be great for us but I bet they won't operate it out of season which is when we usually travel.

Continental was brilliant... Only "choice" these days is Aer Lingus with a 7 hour "stopover" in sunny Dublin on the way back...
