Hi guys ,I have booked a hire car/van through UScarhire and have logged onto Alamo's online check in service,found my booking but when I fill in the details and su bmit I get a error message "Alternate Business Account Id is invalid" any ideas?
Hi guys ,I have booked a hire car/van through UScarhire and have logged onto Alamo's online check in service,found my booking but when I fill in the details and su bmit I get a error message "Alternate Business Account Id is invalid" any ideas?
This sounds to me like some sort of temporary technical glitch at the Alamo end, and we've so far not had any other clients saying the same. If it is not fixed by Monday, drop an email to us at info@uscarhire.com and we can check with Alamo to see what is going on.
All sorted ,I was going the wrong way by clicking on "Check in on Line" I googled Alamo save time and hey ho all sorted.
