Checking In On Way Home

Hi
We visited Florida a few years ago and seem to remember there being an option to check in and get rid of your cases at Downtown Disney if flying Virgin?
We are holidaying again in July-August this year 2013 and wondered if this facility was still available.
If not are there any other options or is it best to just check in at the airport MCO at the time near your flight after dropping the car off?

Any advice much appreciated.

You can still drop off the cases at Downtown Disney, Lee. Unless you have booked with Virgin Holidays or a Flying Club Gold member it costs $10 per person now. We check in online so only hav to be there an hour or so beforehand but the car is usually due back around 5ish anyway.

Yes it's still there used it last December, just walked up to the counter, no queue, it gave us time to spend a few of hours there including watching "The Hobbit" in 3D at the AMC. I think the only time it closes is in inclement weather.
