We had a sebring but we will do the full route some...

We brought our daughters friend age 16 and got a letter from the parents stating their consent and she also had her own travel insurance in case of illness. And it went perfect.

Is it the same for a 19 year. I thought that if you are a non US resident that you cannot drive under the age of 23 years. Perhaps thats if the person is renting in their name (i.e 19yr.)...
